Tracy, I can't take away all of the pain either but I have learned to survive and stay in control of my mind and body during an attack by using biofeedback.Thrashing around only increases the blood flow and make the attack worse.Before '92 I didn't have anything for pain. I had to learn to survive. It helps when you learn to relax. The mind is so complex - someday we will be able to control pain with our mind.Back in the 60's no one knew anything about this excruciating pain.
