Have always had sinus problems and allergies too - I think
thats the biggest correlation for me. I'm allergic to dairy (not just
lactose intolerent - ALLERGIC sinus, hives, etc.) and some alcoholic
bevs as well as usual pollen, molds, etc.
Worse CHs occur in middle of allergy attack cycle (chicken or egg?)
or after severe head cold - not sinusitis tho - sorry docs!
Major triggers are alcohol and dairy. Cycles can be brought on
by major weather pattern change (I used to live in Souther Cal and
dreaded the biginning of the Santa Ana wind season - strong, warm, offshore
winds).
There it is - I was in remission for almost 5 years until very recently during a
trip to Las Vegas (I live in Bay Area, CA) during which I experienced major
climate change - my fears came true on the trip.
