I think you have come to the right place. You say your wife has chronic migraines. Do you know for sure that they are migraines and not cluster headaches? There is a big difference in treatments. On the left of your screen are some links for information and a quiz that might help you decide what your wife suffers from. My suggestion is the same for either: get her to a neurologist. If she has clusters, you will find help here. If she has migraines, you can find links to other sites that specialize in those. There are also supporters of sufferers who post here and can give you some hints. Good luck.
