It was only a few weeks ago that you wrote that you don't have CHs but multiple chemical sensitivity headaches. So when you write about what's happening to you under the guise of CHs now, it seems pretty disingenuous. But even worse, as August stated, you're misleading people who are new to CHs and this board and giving them false information. For instance, I've never heard that our lungs swell shut during attacks (or any other time). And if your nasal passages swell shut when you get MCS headaches, I'm curious to what the tie in with the lungs swelling shut is. I mean, you could have just as easily said "When my cheek is stung by a bee it swells. And when I get headaches my nasal passages swell. Therefore they are related."
Yes, we should avoid our triggers if we can. And not everybody has the same triggers as another. I'm not saying that. I'm saying that CH triggers and MCS headache triggers are not always going to be the same.
