Your questions are a bit too close to home! I have suffered for over 9 years with CH
and I'm 41, only 1 year older than you.I havent had a head injury, but I have rotator cuff tendonitis and a bone spur in my right shoulder.
I work in front of a PC monitor 8+ hours /day I sleep on a wave free water bed and use 1 pillow, but usuallly curl my arm under it to get
more comfortable. My posture is fine I believe.
I too and tired of the pain. I cant assign any seasonality yet, but I have been getting attacked almost every day lately. The only thing I can do
is medicate as soon as I feel it coming on.
