My big curiosity has always been this...
I know that getting a CT or MRI involves an appointment (as far as I know), but would it be possible to have one of these performed while at the peak of a CH episode?
Having the facilities available at the same time as the bout would require some very special timing and/or cooperation with the lab or hospital.
I myself am not sure whether I could remain still long enough for the procedure to be completed.
I'm just thinking that a CT or MRI during an attack may show things that are not present during remission or "quiet time".
I don't know anyone in the medical field that I could pose this question to.
Any thoughts on this??
