Most articles and myself as well advise to use at least 7-8 liters per min. That works well for me. I would advise to use a mask thought as the nasel passages usually stop up during an attack. As I have gotten older my cycles have been lasting 4-5 months as well does not seem to be quite as severe as they once were. The cycles are also becoming farther and farther apart. From annually for years to 3 years apart now. Hope the 02 works for you.
