I am on my second cluster cycle for my life time and I convinced my doc to give me O2, but I wasn't told the best way to use the mask or the flow rate. Do you breathe in with your nose and out through your mouth, or vice-versa? Does it matter? Also, is 12 ML per minute too much? It seems to work better. One last question, I've been in this cycle for almost four months now. Is that normal? I read it should usually only last around two months, and how can you tell when it's on it's way out (i.e: How many consecutive nights without a headache should you expect that the cycle is ending?
