Sorry, I forgot about your last question.
I can tell my cycle is coming to an end. The headaches are just as frequent, but less severe, for a couple weeks. Then they're less frequent too. Then I may or may not have a day or two when I get none, or 2, which is unusal for me. Then another week goes by and I'm happily free
from pain.
I think it's different for everyone, but I believe it is common for severity to decline toward the end of a cycle. Anyone who says otherwise is probably right too.
