I have been taking depression mdeication Effexor for 2 years. The last cluster I had in 1996 put me over the edge. I usualy get my clusters every 2 years in August. I did not start my attack this time until mid December, which is when I stopped taking my depression medication. I have since started taking the medication again. With the stress of my job and the headaches I will probably stay on Effexor until the heaaches quit if that is possible.
