you know someone crazy enuff to try and actually talk to a CHr while in an attack? In my house, these poor souls risk great harm and all residents (Judy and two cats) know to stay out of the way. Photophobic? You bet. Almost all of my lights have dimmers and they are used extensively. Of course it's a bit hazardous flailing around in the near dark, major rug burn on the knee when the @#$% chair was a few inches out of place. But to accurately answer your question "does light hurt", you bet it does. Sound? Not so sure. Well meaning people that want to help? I DO NOT WANT TO HURT ANYONE!
