Not so long ago there was a thread on just that.
Dumping helping to releave CH.
I think Elain and Drummer and some others that are full of ???? confessed to this practice and (yuck) talking about their dumps on the phone.
I have dumped while having a ch. All it did was make me mad.
I think it all came down to that seritonin thing again.
Try a good enema. That aught to clean you out.
