This is one of those very detailed questions I hope to see answered someday.
In my case if a cycle is one of the worst, the headaches are more frequent and more intense. At the start of the cycle they are lower level, then peak about the third week and may taper off after about 5 weeks. If someone has a good medication I am sure that affects the cycle in some ways.
I would really like to compare case histories of many, many clusterheads and get detailed information about length of cycles, effects of medication. changes from cycle to cycle, etc. It might not solve the riddle of CH, but it would satisfy my curiosity about a number of things.
I hope you will soon be over this. Do you have some medication?
