i cant be of help, cause being chronic and everyday meds i dont know what a cycle is. they just come when ever they please. sometimes i envy people that can tell when hes comming, so they can plan around him. with me its hes here for a week gone for four weeks, or hes here for a week and hes back two weeks later.
theres no telling when im gonna get hit, thats what sucks the most.
