What works for me, white male 40 yrs old 180 lbs. I'm episodic, I take 1200 mg a day of lithium when I'm "on" cycle. blocks 80 to 90%. When one breaks thru I immediately....(like within 2 to 3 minutes) start pure oxygen and take two cafergot. That's me. I hear a lot of people on the board having success with verapamil too. Thinking of you guy hang in there.
