I can count on migraines with or without clusters and though the pain of a migraine is in no way comparable to a CH, I don't remember the last time I had a mild migraine. In fact, the intensity (not frequency) of the migraines has
increased since I started with clusters. I don't understand the scientific differance of the two well enough yet to offer an explanation but the two neuros I have seen have said it is not a very common combination.
