I'm sorry to hear that you are having a "rough" bout. I am not a doctor, but I can tell you what has worked wonders for me.
I see that you have tried the Imitrex nasal spray, but what about the Imitrex injectons (auto injector)? It is the only thing that has worked for me 100% of the time. My headache is completely gone within 5-10 minutes after taking an injection. Talk to your doctor about it and be sure to ask them about the side effects as mentioned in an earlier post.
I hope you can find something that works for you!
