well, as i said before, i live in Vegas, and i'm offering free airport rides to help out withe the prohibitive costs of having a convention in vegas. my only beef is the cost of registration. 75 bucks? Monte Carlo is an awfully nice hotel. if it's going to be a crowd of about 50 or so people, do we need the "platinum room"? there are plenty of hotels in vegas that are much cheaper and offer the same service with no loss of class or style. maybe the Tropicana, or the San Remo, or the Rio, or the Hilton... one of the not so brand spanking new hotels? trust me, i work and live here. as for me, i'm gonna go (it would be wrong to live here and not go), but the cost of imitrex and doctor bills does not leave me much for early registration. i'll register next month some time when i get extra money. just my $0.02.
