Never, ever, ever, ever try explaining Clusters to anyone (regardless of their intelligence) and regardless of your intelligence - ever.
Only talk with people that have Clusters about Clusters. You can attempt to talk to your Doctor about Clusters, but be very, very smart when you explain Clusters to your Doctor. Be smarter than your Doc.
Explaining - bad. Grunting - good. :-)
