I guess the trick is to use it at the first sign of
the "HA". It takes a few minutes to get it ready, so I would suggest to have
it prepared to use as soon as you feel "warm" up there.
also, check out the nasal spray, it works very well if you use it at first sign..
be careful with those injections...
