Migranal by it's self is of no use in aborting a cluster h/a, however, when used after imitrex, which it totaly against the rules, it can put off recuring headache for as long as 24 hours. Again
the product insert warns against this but I had a $160.00 drug habit (imitrex) and this save me
from going down the tubes.
