Hi, I am a 42 yr. old male, i have suffered from clusters for over 12 years. I had not had a cycle for almost 3 years and found this site last week. Like most of you if it's been made I've tried it. So far imaterx is the only abotive that works for me. I was just gived a trial pack of Migranal (dihydergotamine mesylate) from my neurologist. It comes in ampulets that you break in a special case and then load into a nasal spray. Has anyone ever tried this, the possible side effects sound lousy - cramping, vomiting, etc. I would like any feedback before I try it.
