Its a wonderful family to be part of, everyone helping each other. I am still suffering the after headache of an attack last night which lasted from 2:30am until 5:00am! About a no. 8, so quite exhausting.
Thanks for the Migraplex suggestion. Is this available over the counter or is it on presciption as I would like to try and get some asap?
Over a period of years I have managed to reduce the thrashing around bit and try to consentrate more on staying relaxed (which isn't easy when you want to pull your head off!), but if Migraplex helps I am willing to try anything!
I'm not sure if I am the same as others, but I like to be left alone when I am having an attack, is this the norm or just me? I feel guilty to other people for putting them through my pain, does this make sense?
