so I have some of that stuff sitting next to me and have never used it in that fashion. I was told to rub it on my head and face when a headache starts,,,but for me it made the pain worse, to each his own I suppose.

Becca you might not know me but I love details. Please tell me more. How much did you rub up into your nose and how long did it take to abort the ha.
