Geez, Carl, that sucks big-time. The only encouragement I can offer is that, for me, my cycles never seem to diminish in a steady pattern, either. The CHs ease off for a few days, enough to make me think they are FINALLY over, then return with a vengeance.
This can happen four or five times, but each time they ease off, it is for a longer period, and each time they return, it is for a shorter period, till finally they're done.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if they eased off for you once, they probably will again, and soon.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
