Deferred diagnosis due to CH symptoms?

My CH-symptoms may be masking other conditions, like I don't know, and am sort of afraid to find out.

Specifically, the attacks have been switching sides with frequency. Daytime attacks on the right, night time attacks on the usual left side. Imitrex knocks both out, as usual.

The frequency of the attacks has increased from 1 every day or so, say 5 per week, to 3 or 4 per day for the past several weeks, rarely skipping a day.

The question I ask the group is "has anyone deferred medical diagnosis because the CH symptoms were masking the symptoms of another, perhaps unrelated, medical condition?"

For example do the attacks on the right-side relate to something other than CH? I understand that NORMALLY CH does not switch from side-to-side, and certainly not on a daily basis like what is going on now with me.

Given the rarity of CH in the first place, how am I going to explain THIS to the doctors?

Something has changed recently. Either (1) it is CH morphed into whatever comes after ordinary CH, or (2) it is CH and something else. I've been thinking it was simple, but odd-CH, but now I'm not so sure and wanted to fly-it past the group for ideas.
