Hi,I have been on topamax for 3 weeks 50mg now 75mg and it hasn't helped my ha.It did not increase the attacks though. As for side effects, I have little appetite and force myself to eat,I'm very lethargic and have a hard time sleeping through the night even if I don't get a ha. Good Luck Tracy
