Has anyone tried topamax for these cluster HA? What sideeffecfs are you getting? I have been on absolutely everything, dexamethasone, verapamil, depakote, methergine, immitrex, maxalt, lidocaine, DHE, etc. I got an Im of DHE yesterday and it was the worst day ever. Started the topamax today and have had 15 attacks in the last 12 hours. This is my 3 attack since March nad this one is now into week 3. Has anyone else had a really bad year this year? Seems worse than ever. Thanks for any input.
