I'm on 100mg a day right now. It took a few weeks to work up to that dose and it really did'nt work until I got up to that dose. But I've been headache free for a month and a half now. AMAZING>is all I can say. No side effects to speak of. I was on Depakote before that, Lithium before that, etc. etc...they all work for a while then I seem to develop an immunity. I hope this stuff lasts.
