31 years of clusters here. No triggers when not in an active cluster. Clusters come at different times of year, no correlation to diet, smoking or not smoking.
During an active cluster - alcohol will always trigger a headache, some times cold - like an air conditioner blowing in my face, keeping my head turned to the side too long (like looking at the person next to you).
