For me, same as Bob P. During an active cycle alcohol will do it every time. I smoked for 10 years before the clusters started and have ever since. I've smoked before, during and after an attack. It makes no difference on the quality or quanity of the pain. Cold, windy weather can bring on an attack as can becoming over tired.
P.S. Also like Bob P, I like looking at the person next to you.
