Gotta agree. My beast attacks randomly but in the time frame of 1990 thru 1998, I did a lot of business travel. I'm MSG sensative tho I can tollerate it in small amounts out of cycle. But every time I went on a trip I was guarenteed another cycle of CH and would end up walking the streets in some of the God awfulest places. I finally did a search on MSG and found that almost all resturants use it on almost everything. Think a salad is safe? Naw. They sprinkle it on the lettuce to keep it green. Yeah, I do think it can be accumulative for some.
