Luckily, in our country they don't spray salad wit MSG yet. However, when I was triggered by a salad prepared by myself, I discovered that the ready-made French dressing I used was laced with MSG! No problem, make the dressing the old way, using oil and vinegar. But I had to check out 8 brands of vinegar until I found one without MSG.
