My beloved ex wanted a divorce after my accident, well why not, if I could no longer support her spending habits she deserves better, right? Miguel, the only advice I can give, is to hire an attorney to read the contract with your divorce attorney, somewhere a power of attorney clause can be buried deep in double negative language that states your attorney can hire another attorney, over a three year period, the number of attorneys grew from zero to six that I was held responsible for, neither my ex nor myself had no say in additional court appointed attorneys and if you try to fight this in court, the same judge that originally appointed these extra attorneys is the one that would listen to your complaints, so besides the original bill, you wil have to pay additional attorney fees and court costs, complaining to the state bar doesn't do any good because the bar is run by attorneys, much of the bills that were run up were due to one court appointed attorney arguing with another court attorney on issues that were of no concern either to my ex or myself. They would spend hours arguing who was going to get an old piece of furniture that neither of us wanted and wasn't worth five bucks. Cost a fortune for child custody even though my daugther screamed that she was going to stay with me. Oh and that attorney you hired to read your divorce attorneys' contract, well you better hire another attorney to read the contract you signed with him.

So after my accident claim, life savings, retirement fund is all gone paying for attorney fees, amazing how these guys thoroughly examine your assets and manage to get every cent, my beloved ex who started this whole thing is begging me to take her back, what would you do in a situation like this?

Still say all this has nothing to do with cluster headaches.
