HI Russ!

I'm diagnosed with atypical cluster headaches.

But I follow the typical cluster ONLY my eye doesn't water, that's the only difference with me.
Plus I have a secondary condition that sometimes happens with an attack, not always, where the muscle in the face on the cluster side will cramp up, like a leg cramp. That was something new the last two cycles.
I have cycles and attacks, where you seem to have pain all the time and light bothers you. My attacks starts builds up within a few mins and then goes to a 10, 1 hr 45mins to 2 hrs then starts to leave and is gone till the next one. I have had attacks last longer if I react too bad to the pain. The best feeling in the world is when it starts to let up and soon is gone!!
No OTC med would help me not even 2 Percoset.
My last cycle was the first cycle I tried 02 which it helped a good % of the time.
The eye dropping only happens to me during an attack or if I don't get enough rest during remission time.
You seem to have had all the tests and then some!
Have you tried 02?
What dose of verapamil are you on?
