Loretta,
I think you will find in most of the medical descriptions of CHs the victims typically experience fall/spring episodes. I am a fall victim. Over the last 10yrs my episodes (5 weeks long, most severe attacks at night) have occured between the months of August through January. There seems to have been a shift from early fall to late fall/winter, over the last 3 yrs my clusters have come in December, January and January. It sounds like your husband fits right into the stereotypical CH sufferer catagory. I haven't found any explainations to why this pattern exists, although, I am curious. There has to be some explaination. Good luck.
