Could Clusters be Seasonal?

My husband clusters almost always start around November/December time frame and then again in April/May timeframe.

We've tried to track everything to see if there's a correlation. A year of so when we went to the emergency room the nurse said it was "time" for the cluster patients to start coming in - they'd already had a few to come. So there must be something to do with the seasons/weather/moon phase (etc.).

These are 2 things we've thought about:

Lack/Excess of sunlight (daylight savings time change)

Turning the heat on/off

Just curious if anyone has the same pattern.
