Over the last 30 years, I've had them start in Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall. I haven't been able to tie them to seasons, allergies, food, stress, or anything. They come when they want, stay as long as they want, do what they want while they're here and leave me a wreck (almost calls for another in-law joke).
