Loretta: When I was first diagnosed they only came in the fall. Then it was spring and fall. Then they just stayed. It probably has something to do with polen, or mold spores, or allergies, or sinus or whatever. Someday we MAY know. Right now I don't think too many of us have the same "triggers". Alcohol SHOULD start them, but it never did mine and I've seen a lot of others that don't get them when they drink. I've STOPPED Everything and added back one thing at a time and so far (5 years) I STILL DON'T have a Clue. Good Luck. BD
