I think the high altitude is bad for CHs. At home I always have the windows open; if I don't have fresh air I'll get a CH. Good luck with open windows in Arizona in the summer. The worst four days I ever had with CHs was last year at my brother's wedding. It was at a ski lodge on Mt. Hood. I think the high altitude combined with the closed up lodge brought on more CHs in three days than I have ever had. I took way more imitrex than I'm suppose to in those 4 days. I thought I was going to die. The windows opened but there was a wall of ice outside the window so there was no air circulation. I spent much of the time pacing around and sticking my face on the ice wall. Go ahead laugh. I would go outside, but at 5F it was a little too cold to just sit in the snow.

Hang in there Becca. Does 02 work for you? I think you said it didn't help, but my memory is not so good in my old a
