Allergies are something I have lived with for years, but the cluster headaches (CH) go back to the early 80s and don't seem related. I was finally diagnosed this spring when I had my worst attack of CH in my life. This time around they were mostly nocturnal, every hour on the hour after I started my sleep cycle. There are many drugs out that work now, different drugs seem to work for different people at different times. I had the best relief in my 20 years of episodic torture with a comination of Sansert as a preventative and Imitrex inhalers for the accute onset. The Imitrex was truly a blessing for me. It would stop the onset is I was awake 100% of the time, and within 15 minutes.

See a good neurologist, if he/she isn't compassionate about your pain, see another one. These things are unbelievable and some docs understand better than others.

Hang in there, some combination of stuff will work for you. Have you tried breathing straight 02? Apparently it works for lots of folks.

Bt the way, I'm in N. Central Texas, lots of allergins here, but I don't think it is related. Find your own solution and keep us posted.

Best wishes.
