Help! I'm new to this communicating to other cluster headaches (a misnomer if there every was one!) My family has been helping me to research this bloody nightmare for the past two years, and we need all the help and input we can get. With apologies to all of you, I didn't know there was an entire society of others going through this - I thought I was all alone. In all honesty, there is no comfort in learning that I'm not alone - I wish to God no one else were going through this! Since I'm just learning how to join the rest of you who were previously unknown to me, may I inquire as to any of your own research involving "geographic location?" We've spent the last two years going through all the allergy possibilities, and we've now reached that stage where we're nearly convinced that "something" in this geographic area is a triggering factor. Have any of you folks changed the location where you live and found a diminishing or disappearance of this God-awful hell we struggle through?! And are other sufferers besides myself already predisposed to allergy reactions in other areas? For what's it's worth, I'm a high allergy responder type, both of the "ingest" and inhale variety. A long history of migraines thanks to ingesting and/or inhaling triggers. Two years ago, I began this damned "cluster" thing, and we've been battling it ever since, with little success. I want to know what causes the things, what triggers them. Yes, relief is an absolute must, but I'm also interested in finding the SOP (son of a pain) which causes these things and getting as far away from it as possible. Again, I'm new to discovering that there are many of you in the same @$#%! boat, and want to pitch in in hopes that we can help each other! ANY information you might share, I'll be eternally grateful. And ANY input I may be offer, I'll be glad to share. This is no way for any of us to have to live! Day or night, let's "pull in ranks" around this nightmare! Don't know what any of you call them or how you guage them, but "cluster headaches" is like calling a hurricane "a summer breeze!"
