Mine also says I am having a cluster headache attac 1evel 10 of 10 and to treat me quickly with care and concern with IV dilodid. I am not a drug abuser. I love the care and concern part. It really hasn't helped much except to me yet. They still seem not to really care. Hope you have better luck. Paula
