46 yr. old male - CH's since age 20. Cycles appears each 18 months and CH occur 7 per day for 54 days. Each CH lasts 90 minutes. Always left side temple/neck area/ eye tearing / nostril closes alternating sides left to right. Typical profile - facial features - life style - etc.
