Before I found out I was having CH, I took Aleve first 2 hours then excedrin migraine next 2 hours and then sudafed sinus headache next two hours, then repeated the cycle. It did not help at all. I had never heard of CH so I was trying everything I could find for different types of headaches. They would relieve some pain for about 15 min (which was just prob when my cluster was easing down)
