Hi Kyle,
OTC meds are totally worthless for CH. If one is getting relief with these meds, it aint CH. Even the stronger stuff (script required) with codiene won't kick in soon enough. If your doc sez you have CH and has you on OTS stuff, you either need to find another doc or you don't have CH.
