I think what you're describing is a concentrator. O2 masks should be used with at least 5 lpm O2 or 10 lpm O2 with nonrebreathers. If it came with this equipment, I would think that you could adjust the liter flow to adapt to the masks. If it only runs at .5 lpm, it should only be used with a nasal cannula. E cylinders, with my chart, will last 100 minutes at eight liters and 60 minutes at 10 liters. With nonrebreather masks, you need enough flow to keep the bag full (8-15 lpm).
