I'm not going anywhere! I'll keep posting updates. I agree that if this is EVER going to be studied, it's good to know all results - good or bad.

I'm glad (well, not glad, but you know) to hear that high altitudes effect others. I live at 9,000 ft and I work at 5,400 ft and my commute is only 17 miles. I always got headaches driving back and forth. My doctor didn't really think that could be a trigger. Hmmm, guess it helps to know I'm not crazy.

Margi, thanks for the dairy theory, I had never heard that. I know that a tall glass of milk (which I also love, pinky) will set me off within minutes, however other dairy products won't do a thing. The ice cream, butter, and cheese we eat is from a local, 'organic' place that uses non-junkie type cows. Could this have a difference do you suppose?
You know Margi, now that you mention it, I have noticed improved digestion and better skin since I've stopped (about six months now). Thanks for the info!!!! ;0)

As far as apples, who knows why, but about 45 minutes after I eat one - BAM! I was stubborn for quite some time, because I refused to believe that one of my food 'staples' could be doing anything bad (an apple a day, right?). But I tested it several times.

Pinky - It's been hot here too, and very dry. We usually enjoy fresh chanterelles from the back yard this time of the year, but there's nothing on the ground. Good luck in your pursuit!!! I am sooooo interested to see if it works for you.

later gators.
