Far be it from me to dissaude anyone from doing or using whatever the f---k it takes to get rid of these things, but wouldn't it be easier on you and your total body temperature if you just used a heating pad alternately with a ice pack instead? When i was in Mesa I visited Shelli from this site and started to get a H.A. She had in her freezer all ready to go, a frozen pack made by ACE. Unlike any others I've tried, this one remains flexible, lasts a looong time, and is quite large to wrap around neck, head or side of face. Just got myself one and it's at Walmart, Rite-aid or any stores lke that for 10.00. Worth every penny. Linda
