I posted this as a question in the wrong place so I will try again....I am in a bout of clusters and I got several episodes of sleep paralysis before they started after a 5 yr remission. Sleep paralysis is hard to describe but you are in a semi\wake state and find you can't move when you try to fully wake yourself and it is terrifying. This is a sleep disorder and can be found under 'sleep paralysis'if anyone wants to search it. I would be interested to hear if anyone gets this as well as clusters as it appears a few people are suffering from sleep apnea as well as clusters. I think the more correlations noted, the bigger chance of finding clues to cure this terrible condition. And thanks for Immigran advice Simon.May you all have clear heads....Megan.N.Z.:)
